Santo Largo (Savaneta Beach): Safety, Parking & FAQs

Santo Largo is a peaceful series of small Savaneta beach pockets edged by mangroves. Calm, shallow water and a local feel make it a restful alternative to the hotel strip.

Use this guide to plan your visit, then follow current signs, weather conditions and local instructions on the day. This is planning guidance, not a live sea-condition report.

Beach safety

Assess footing carefully in the shallow beach pockets; rock and coral may be difficult to see. Do not walk on coral or push through mangroves. Current lifeguard coverage and swimming conditions are not verified.

Do not assume lifeguards are present. Check for current warnings, swim with a buddy where swimming is appropriate, and keep young children within arm’s reach. If conditions are uncertain, stay out of the water.

Parking & access

Designated public parking and charges are not verified. Confirm a legal approach through Savaneta and avoid blocking residential access or stopping on vegetation.

Lock the vehicle, keep valuables out of sight, and leave emergency access, driveways, dunes and beach vegetation clear. A beach map pin marks the destination, not necessarily an authorised parking entrance.
